The most powerful wood chipper PL-210 is a disk-type chipper. The unit is designed for shredding wood and woodworking waste and is able to turn branches, tree crowns, logging waste, and rails into chips. At the output, we get a fraction from 10 to 40 mm, the size of which can be adjusted by adjusting the cutting disk knives. The finished processing material is ideal as fuel for boilers with a screw feed, and briquettes and fuel pellets are produced from technological chips, which are obtained after additional processing.

The wood chipper can be used by forestry, municipal services, farms, rural and urban services, etc.

The PL-210 wood chipper consists of a body, a cutting device, a disk, a hydraulic system - a wood feed mechanism and a sleeve for ejecting chips. The unit is mounted on the rear three-point hitch of the tractor.

The cutting disk drive is driven by the tractor power take-off shaft, the rotation frequency of which is up to 1000 rpm, through a cardan gear. At the inlet, the diameter of the wood should not exceed 210 mm. The size of the chip fraction at the outlet is from 10 to 40 mm, depending on the setting of the cutting disk knives, which is easy to do by opening the top cover.

The chip cutter's power allows you to get up to 16 cubic meters of chips per hour. A characteristic feature of the PL-210 is its mobility when using a tractor to change the working area.

The chip cutter is of the disk type, 3 cutting knives + 1 counter knife are installed. The knives are made of high-quality 65G steel. This steel is extremely strong and resistant to deformation wear.

Hydraulic wood feed system (using two hydraulic motors).

The angle of rotation of the ejection sleeve is 360 degrees.

To connect the tractor to the chipper, we recommend using a T5 class cardan shaft with a friction clutch that protects the wood chipper and the tractor from overload.

The wood chipper is equipped with an Antistress system by default, which controls the wood feed and, accordingly, the tractor speed.
