The PG-210T-KR model of this shredder is capable of chopping softwood branches with a diameter of up to 21 cm, hardwood branches with a diameter of up to 18 cm. The use of a branch shredder is most useful for municipal services, woodworking enterprises, forestry enterprises, sawmills, farms and private individuals (to facilitate the process of fuel harvesting).
Design features
The T-KR series branch shredder is powered by the tractor's PTO and is mounted on a standard three-point hitch. The minimum required tractor power for working with a branch shredder is 100 hp. To connect the tractor to the shredder, we recommend using a cardan shaft with a friction clutch, which protects the branch shredder and the tractor from overloads.
The productivity of the PG-210T-KR branch shredder is up to 14 m³ of finished product per hour of operation. The configuration of six knives is given special attention when developing the shredder designs, as they are the main working element of the shredders and are subjected to shock loads.
Principle of operation
