The branch shredder of the 'T' series operates using the power provided by the tractor's PTO (Power Take-Off) and is attached to the standard three-point hitch. The minimum required power for optimal operation is 18 kW. The PG-120T-K model is suitable for shredding softwood branches with a diameter of up to 12 cm and hardwood branches with a diameter of up to 10 cm. Additionally, it can shred flat materials such as slats and rails with a diameter of up to 6 cm.
The productivity of PG-120T-K is 6 m³ of finished product per hour. To connect the tractor to the shredder, it is recommended to use a PTO shaft with a friction clutch, which ensures the protection of the branch shredder and the tractor from excessive loads. The 'K' series shredders are equipped with a conveyor belt, allowing the final material to be fed onto a truck, tractor, or special container. This reduces time and labor, contributing to increased productivity. Such a conveyor arrangement is particularly beneficial for municipal services and road maintenance. The height of the conveyor belt lift can be easily adjusted using a winch.
