Instruction: What to do if you cannot log in to the B2B portal? Don't worry — access to your partner prices and orders can be restored in a few minutes. To do this, follow these steps: Step 1. Check data entry accuracy. Before changing your password, make sure that: • You are entering the exact email address provided during company registration. • Caps Lock is turned off. • The correct keyboard layout/language is selected. • There are no extra spaces in the login or password fields (especially if you are copying data from an email). Step 2. Self-service password recovery. If you have forgotten your password or the system still shows an "Incorrect password" error: 1. On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" button. 2. Enter your work email address used during registration and linked to your personal account. 3. Check your email (including the "Spam" folder) — you will receive a link to create a new password. 4. Follow the link and enter a new secure password. Step 3. Check other causes. If the login and password are correct but access is blocked, there may be several reasons: • Technical maintenance: Try refreshing the page or using a different browser (Chrome or Edge recommended). Sometimes the browser stores outdated info, causing the page to "freeze." To clear the cache, press Ctrl + F5 to fully refresh the login page and try again. • Company data update: If your company has changed its details or terms of cooperation, access may be temporarily restricted for verification by a manager. In this case, please contact your personal manager for the fastest restoration of access. Step 4. Contact the administrator. If you could not restore access yourself (e.g., you lost access to your email or the email is not recognized), you can call the website administrator at +38 067 334 55 90. You can also write your question in the contact form in the "Contacts" section, specifying your company name and phone number. Important‼️ For your business security, never share your personal B2B account login and password with third parties! If an employee who had access has left the company, please notify us immediately to change the password.

Shredded wood is used as fuel for boilers, fireplaces, and stoves, as well as raw material for charcoal production. Wood chips can also be used as mulching material or fertilizer for plants.

Steel Grades: For cutting elements (shredder knives, counter-knives), the company uses high-grade 65G steel (or its European equivalents). This is a structural spring steel characterized by increased wear resistance and the ability to maintain sharpness under intense friction. Hardness and Tempering: Working components undergo thermal treatment (bulk or induction hardening). Manufacturing Precision: The company utilizes CNC machines and laser cutting, which prevents metal overheating in the cutting zone (unlike plasma cutting), preserving its internal structure and strength. Compliance with Standards: Metal classification complies with DIN (Germany) and ISO standards. For fasteners and high-load units, alloys with a strength class of no less than 8.8 (most often 10.9) are used. Anti-corrosion Protection: All parts feature industrial powder coating or galvanic plating.

If the catalog number is missing, provide as much information as possible about the combine (model, year of manufacture, and, most importantly, the serial (VIN) number), take high-quality photographs of the part itself, its mounting assembly, and adjacent components, indicate precise dimensions (diameter, length, number of teeth), and, if possible, describe the function of the part and the assembly in which it is installed. An experienced manager will be able to identify it based on this information.

The most demanded parts are those subjected to high wear and load: components of the cutting unit (knives, fingers, segments), drive belts and chains, bearings (especially on shafts and drums), and elements of the threshing drum and concave.

Delivery is carried out using carriers such as Nova Poshta, Delivery, SAT. Delivery is carried out on the day of payment.

Wood chippers and chippers TM Palche are designed in such a way that when feeding wood of a larger diameter (critical load), a conical self-locking clutch will operate, which will provide protection for the cutting mechanism - stop the operation of the knives. If there is a gasoline engine in the wood chipper, the conical self-locking clutch will protect and stop the engine.

In models with gasoline engines, it is recommended to use SAE 10W-30 engine oil. The first oil change is required after 1 month or 20 hours of operation. Subsequent changes are required every 6 months or 100 hours of operation.

Fuel consumption depends on the model and performance of the shredder. The average consumption will be from 0.6 l/h to 1.5 l/h.

The knives are made of Swedish HARDOX 500 steel. The company guarantees 10 hours of continuous operation. Knives for Palche wood chippers are made of 65G steel. Sharpening must be carried out every 10 hours. of operation. The recommended number of sharpenings is 5-6 times.

For PG series shredders: The shredder shafts have milled grooves for the knives. The knife is inserted neatly into the middle of the shaft and secured with a clamping plate, 3 knives on each shaft.
